Great opening activity to get your creativity going. Participants had a minute to draw something different in each circle. I found this very challenging and a great group activity that opened up dialogue between the individuals present.

4.0 Schools is a very intriguing idea to me and I will need to investigate more. They work with teachers in three different ways to better the community and its education by means of professional learning, and also allowing teams of individuals (not just teachers) to develop schools.
